jquery $.ajaxで dataType; binaryを利用するには

ajaxTransportを利用する。
以下のコードをファイルに保存（ jquery.ajaxTransport-binary.3.3.1.js ）してjqueryの後に読み込む。
中身はjquery 3.3.1のajaxTransport (通常データタイプ用）ほぼそのまま + xhr.sendの前に xhr.responseType = 'blob'; を加えた。
